Those who practice yoga most like have experienced the profound and powerful results that mediation, Prana & sound (mantra or gong) can have on the body, mind and spirit. Our practice is an alchemy and can transmute your reality in a moment.
This collection was inspired by these different modalities that make up a yoga practice.
Meditation- the corner stone of the neutral mind.
Mantra- sound current is everything. Everything has a sound and is being projected to grab your attention. When listening to mantra internally or externally you have the control to keep your sovereignty through mantra.
Breath of Fire- a powerful Prana breath that gets oxygen quickly into the blood and can shift your state.
Gong Bath- the gong is a powerful sound tool that can shift frequencies through its vibration, and put the mind body in a meditative space. It’s the resident vibration of the universe. When the gong is played anything in the mind body that is not useful the gong sound can clean out. This can aid in healing and revitalization and allow the mind to shift to neutral and clarity.
